Caregiver Support
Caregivers come in many forms, and they all need support sometimes.
You may not think of yourself as a caregiver if the help you provide feels like a natural part of your role—whether it’s for an aging parent, a spouse with a disability, or a child with mental health challenges. But as I see it, if you're offering ongoing support in any capacity, you are caregiving.
Caregiving can be emotionally and physically draining, leaving little time to reflect on what’s working and what isn’t sustainable. Therapy provides a space to reflect on your experience, heal from the challenges, and grow in ways that support your well-being.
Please contact me so we can discuss your specific needs.
