Caregiving comes in many forms and caregivers also need support.

You may not think of yourself as a caregiver if the support you provide seems like a natural or expected part of your role - whether it’s for an aging parent, a spouse with a disability, or a child with mental health challenges.  As I see it, if you are providing ongoing support in any capacity, you are caregiving.

Part support group, part workshop—you’ll join others navigating caregiving and approaching loss. We'll learn tools for coping and resilience and explore ways to prepare for what's ahead.

Mondays          5:30pm-6:30pm            Zoom

I was lucky enough to find Allison right after the loss of my brother.  Both her and the group helped gently guide and support me during the most difficult time in my life.

K.D.

I was hesitant to sign-up, thinking others wouldn't understand where I was in my grief.  But I am so glad I did.  I found connection with everyone in the group.
