Grief is hard. You don't have to face it alone.

Oak tree

It's true that grief is a natural response to life's losses. But just because it's "natural" doesn't mean it's easy. Whether you have experienced the loss of a loved one or a major life transition, grief doesn't always progress in tidy "stages."  Sometimes it produces a rollercoaster of emotions.

No matter what your grief looks like, therapy may help.  It offers a supportive space to process these emotions and find a way forward.  Whether you are interested in one-on-one or group support, please reach out to me.

I was lucky enough to find Allison right after the loss of my brother.  Both her and the group helped gently guide and support me during the most difficult time in my life.

K.D.

I was hesitant to sign-up, thinking others wouldn't understand where I was in my grief.  But I am so glad I did.  I found connection with everyone in the group.
