Welcome to Allison Brookes Therapy. Your privacy and experience are important to me.  By registering for a support group, workshop, or using this website, you agree to the policies outlined below.

 

​Terms and Conditions

Nature of Services
Groups and workshops provided by Allison Brookes Therapy are supportive and educational. These services are not psychotherapy and do not establish a therapist-client relationship. They are not intended as a substitute for individual mental health care.

 

Group Confidentiality
All participants are encouraged to maintain confidentiality. However, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. Everyone is asked to treat others’ stories with care and respect.

Participant Conduct

This is a respectful and inclusive space. Disruptive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.

Payment & Refunds

  • Full payment is required at registration.

  • Prepaid group series (e.g., 4-session passes) are non-refundable once the group begins.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable, except in rare cases at the facilitator’s discretion.

  • Discounted first-session offers are non-refundable.

  • If a session is canceled by the facilitator, a makeup session or refund will be provided.

Communication Consent
By registering, you consent to receive communication (email and/or text) regarding your group or workshop. You will not receive promotional content without your consent.

What Information Is Collected
When you register for a group or workshop, I collect basic information such as your name, email address, phone number, and registration details.

How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to:

  • Confirm registration

  • Communicate important details about your group or workshop

  • Share resources or follow-up materials, if applicable

Data Protection
Payment is securely processed through Wix Payments. I do not store or have access to your credit card information.

No Third-Party Sharing
I never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
